Translate Arabizi

Transliteration transliterates Arabic written in Arabizi or Romanized Arabic chat alphabet to native Arabic script and vice versa. Arabizi is a casual version of Arabic written using just the Latin characters on Western keyboards on mobile phones and computers. To transliterate from native Arabic script to Arabizi, set reversed to true. Transliteration is only supported for Arabic, so the language field is ignored and the language is set to Arabic.
